3. This building is designed on the basis of low-consumption smart ventilation and implemented in order to prevent energy wastage and reduce consumption as much as possible.
4. In this building, different types of stone wool and glass wool insulation, ((Polyportan)) and ((Expanded Polyethylene)) have been used in the building.
5. Fire Proof Concrete is used in this building.
