Description
1. In this project, all the designs in the building information management system (BIM) have been done in three dimensions.
2. The use of modern technology in the construction stages, including the complete insulation of the building and the intelligent cooling/heating system, is one of the characteristics of this project.
3. The design of the architecture, structure and specific facilities of the project has been carried out with the green and sustainable architecture approach at the international level and all the designs have been carried out based on the EDGE green building certificate.
4. The insulations used in the walls and floors are (plant hard foam) and Enviroboard boards, which are resistant to heat, moisture, mold and pests and reduce carbon emissions. .
5. The building has a modern solar panel.
6. A smart heat tracing system has been implemented in the entrance ramp of the parking lot.
