Description
1. The facade of this tower is made of very light fireproof material.
2. Polyurethane foam was used for all the insulation works. This foam has the properties of protection against pests and very strong sound insulation, which has high resistance to heat.
3. Different types of ((polystyrene)) and ((expanded polyethylene)) plates are used in the sauna, swimming pool, and sauna.
4. Smart ventilation system with A+ energy consumption category was implemented in this project.
5. Heat-resistant Structural Light Weight Concrete is used in this building.
6. The building has a roof garden with green space.
