Description
1. Hempcrete, a plant material consisting of sand, hemp fibers and limestone, is used in this building. This material is breathable, lightweight, long-lasting, fireproof and resistant to pests, cracks and shrinkage, which helps to absorb carbon dioxide.
2. The building has a gray water system and is low consumption in terms of equipment.
3. Structural light weight concrete is used in this building.
4. Smart glass is used in this building. This glass helps to control the temperature inside the building and the comfort of the residents by reducing or increasing the amount of heat that is allowed to enter and increases energy efficiency.
5. Low-consumption ventilation system with A+ energy consumption category was implemented in this project.
