Description

1. In this project, all the designs in the building information management system (BIM) have been done in three dimensions.
2. The use of modern technology in the construction stages, including the complete insulation of the building and the smart system, is one of the characteristics of this project.
3. The building has a gray water system and is low consumption in terms of equipment.
4. Smart glass will be used in this building, this type of glass helps to control the temperature inside the building and the comfort of the residents by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
5. In most parts of this building, instead of traditional cement, Ferrok will be used, which is effective in absorbing CO2 and reducing pollution.
6. Most of the insulation used in the walls and floor will be made of (hard vegetable foam). Resistant to heat, humidity, mold and pests.
7. Very low consumption floor heating system is implemented.
8. The design of architecture, structures and special facilities of the project has been carried out with the approach of green and sustainable architecture at the international level and all the designs have been carried out based on the EDGE green building certificate.
9. A very modern German solar panel will be installed.

Architectural restoration is a branch of architectural art that leads to the revival of historical spaces in terms of physical, structural and functional aspects based on the knowledge and study of historical buildings and textures and ancient works. This art is a mixed branch of knowledge, technology, engineering and architectural art.parya irani - project manager
