Description
1. A part of the ceiling of the lobby and swimming pool is insulated with special insulation ((natural wool)).
2. All exterior glass has been replaced with SMART GLASS, which becomes clear and opaque based on environmental conditions such as the amount of sunlight, heat and indoor air conditioning. This glass helps control the temperature inside the building by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
3. The old air conditioning system was replaced with an intelligent low consumption HVAC system.
4. In this building, we tried to approach the SC sustainable building standards by observing the sustainability elements. The use of modern technology in the construction stages includes the complete insulation of the building, the use of environmentally friendly materials, low consumption and the intelligent system are among the characteristics of this project.
