Polyurethane foam and high quality cork were used as insulation in this project. which leads to the reduction of carbon emissions and maximum prevention of energy wastage.
- A very low consumption intelligent HVAC system was installed in all renovated spaces.
- All the exterior glasses have been replaced with three-pane SMART GLASS, which becomes clear and opaque based on environmental conditions such as the amount of sunlight, heat and indoor air conditioning. This glass helps control the temperature inside the building by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
