Description
1. Polyurethane foam was used as insulation in the engine room, swimming pool, and sauna. This foam has the properties of protection against pests and very strong sound insulation, which has high resistance to heat.
2. Shingle roof ((solar panel)) was installed in this building.
3. Smart glass is used in the swimming pool area of this building. This type of glass helps to control the temperature inside the building and the comfort of the residents by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
4. The air conditioning system was replaced with a low consumption HVAC system.
