Description
1. Polyurethane foam was used as insulation in this project. This foam has the properties of protection against pests and very strong sound insulation, which has high resistance to heat.
2. The old air conditioning system was replaced with a smart, energy-efficient HVAC system.
3. All the exterior windows were double-glazed, which were replaced with triple-glazed glass.
4. In this building, we tried to approach the SC sustainable building standards by observing the sustainability elements.
