Description
1. The use of modern technology in the construction stages, including the complete thermal and sound insulation of the building and the intelligent system of the HVAC system, are among the characteristics of this project.
2. (Plant hard foam) has been used in all the walls and floors. Resistant to heat, moisture, mold and pests, which reduces carbon emissions.
3. All exterior glass has been replaced with SMART GLASS, which becomes clear and opaque based on environmental conditions such as the amount of sunlight, heat and indoor air conditioning. This glass helps to control the temperature inside the building by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
