Description
1. The building has a solar panel.
2. Structural light weight concrete is used in this building.
3. All the insulations used in the walls and floor are made of a combination of bamboo and plant hard foam. Resistant to heat, humidity, mold and pests and reducing carbon emissions.
4. The outer glass has been replaced with SMART GLASS, which becomes clear and opaque based on environmental conditions such as the amount of sunlight, heat and indoor air conditioning. This glass helps to control the temperature inside the building by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
