3. Different types of stone wool and glass wool insulation as well as ((polystyrene)), ((polyportan)) and ((expanded polyethylene)) plates are used in the sauna, swimming pool, and sauna.
4. The building has a shingle roof ((solar panel)).
5. Smart ventilation system with A+ energy consumption category was implemented in this project.
6. Structural Light Weight Concrete and Fire Proof Concrete are used in this building.
