Description
1. The building has a gray water system and is low consumption in terms of equipment.
2. Smart glass is used in this building. This type of glass helps to control the temperature inside the building and the comfort of the residents by reducing or increasing the amount of heat it allows to enter and increases energy efficiency.
3. Structural Light Weight Concrete and Fire Proof Concrete are used in this building.
4. All the insulations used in the walls and floor are made of (hard vegetable foam). Resistant to heat, humidity, mold and pests.
5. The building has a very low consumption floor heating system.
6. Low-consumption HVAC ventilation system with energy consumption category A was implemented in this project.
